At first it looks so great but then you see size of rooms. In smaller rooms you have hardly space for extra studying table and chair. It feels so cramped. This property is listed around 14 crore on June 2024.

these guys will never understand, and i would never invest in such a house even if i had 100cr to boot. the grande boasts of 7 acre plot, 5350 sqft space for this apartment and the master bedroom has a squeeze in toilet after spending a fortune to acquire it >.<.. i would rather prefer a large space with 0 amenities than 100 amenities with such tight spaces. let me put certain things in perspective, on one of my trips, a 3 star hotel suite costing 20k per day had a room size of 450 sq ft(15'x30') and bathroom of roughly 120 sq ft(8wx15'L), total space of the room being 570 sq ft. and came with a free buffet style breakfast. even if i book the space for 365 days, my cost would be just 73 lakhs :/. i can literally spend 44 years in the hotel suite in 32crore and can also get great services for free
