what happened to dylan when he was being pinned to the floor and the glass smashed? i watched casualty as a kid and am really curious of his storylines

He was drinking in a pub, a news story came up about refugees, and I think someone may have made a comment, or he said something, and he was basically tackled to the floor 😅 all this came about after smuggling Sanosi back from France with David, and then him realising that the best thing for Sanosi was for him to turn himself in, but Dylan didn’t really want that, then he started drinking again.
