This video is completely useless. This lame company doesn't sell the cover plates so why are they making a video showing you how to replace them? REPLACE THEM WITH WHAT? And you make a new product using micro USB and not USB C? how lame and out of touch.

Is this company still around? I just bought a gaming headset but the website and related links are either dated or broken.

This is not a professional gaming headset. Once you are out of warranty, you are left to hang dry without any options for repair services. This is totally a surprise and unexpected service for such an expensive headset that is touted as professional gaming. Everyone beware before you buy from an EPOS product.

So does this just basically make it so a pair of stereo headphones can work with 7.1?

so i just switched to IEMs from Sennheiser HD598sr and they sound super hollow and like sound is coming from a fish bowl even after I followed this... I rally want to use IEMs now so i am trying everything to fix this to make them comparable. IEMs I purchased were FIIO

The audio test within the settings menu does not play sound when set to 7.1 mode. Is that expected behavior?

I love the sound and build quality of GSP 500, but yet 3 years later, I am still not able to adjust them properly. Always feel pressure either below my ears or my top head.

i just bought a gsp 500, the volume is rather low. I have tried on mobile, laptop, gaming PC. Volume is just too low. I have a $20 set that is about 3 times louder. Excellent quality sound, but volume is seemingly limited...Any way to fix this? Might be returning these today.

If only it was this easy with GSP 300 ones...

Hi i have the GSP500 and i bought GSX1000 and when i try to put the 7.1 it says that my device is not compatible and after some researchs i found that the GSP500 isn't 7.1. But in your vid it looks like you have plugged the same headset as me so i don't really understand..

So My headset fell after the cable was stuck in my armrest... Can't clip the side cover anymore, I need to buy replacement cover and do not want to buy the new model since the impedance on the new model is much lower than the older one I currently have. Is there a way to get replacement cover without having to buy a new headset?

Hi all, How is the gsx 1000 7.1 mode for music listening? Is it worth the price?

My GSX 1200 is setup and works it just doesnt get as loud as i'd like. It only gets about as loud as the headphones on their own. I love the surround sound i just wish i could get this audio ...you know amplified a bit more than what the stock cans are doing on their own with no amplification, i'm running a set of EPOS H6pro's....I was hoping for a much louder experience...in surround mode it is a bit louder but not by a whole lot. Does anyone have the H6's connected to a GSX 1000 or 1200? Can you comfortably play at max volume 99? 99 still isn't enough for me. Something has to be wrong. i have everything maxed on windows configuration, no other enhancements are enabled. It work fine it simply doesn't amplify loud enough or even much louder than the H6 by its self.

I still don't get what is this side wheel like a volume control for something, how to use it and what it is for?

anyone else having an issue w/ GSX 1200 pro where the speaker jack is giving static feedback? I have everything set up according to this vid and I am using my headset and studio monitors to switch between using the GSX but my monitors just have static when not in use. they play audio but you can hear the static still

No one mentiones how bad the audio levels are when it comes to speaker output. i have presonus eris 3.5 monitors and these give extremely low output on them. my cell phone has better output then this.

Is 24bit 48000Khz usable in 7.1? Also should I use dolby Atmos with this and the PC38X?

One question, my speakers have 2 out: one for speakers and one for subwoofer. So, where I can plug my subwoofer cabel ?

I have GSX 1000. 7.1 system works great however in Call of Duty CW all sounds that come from behind the player are super loud. Is there an option that I am missing?

Thank you for your video, I would say that the GSX 1200 Pro that I have is a perfect combo with dolby headphones from win 10, i'm loosing the 96Khz (48 instead, 24 bits) but the sound is way more spatial and accurate with dolby than 2.0 HD on the amplifier. Just in case, for people that might have that option available (need to pay it once for all your "official" windows devices)

Any advice on how I can get this connected to my capture card for streaming?

Love these headphones. Only issue I have is that it cannot play multiple inputs at the same time. My crappy turtle beaches allowed this and it was great when I want to watch my tv and play music from my phone through Bluetooth. Any chance a firmware update could make this happen ?
