Is there a way to partially change the links? only the last 2 of the verticle blinds chain needs replacing, do I need to replace the entire length?

Useless. Most blinds are already up and bolted in to place . So I have to somehow get a screwdriver to unscrew the blinds , take them down to take off end and do this then reinstall them. Almost designed obsolescence as most people would have the chain break in situ.

A commentary would help

1. My gaskets appear to be thin, recessed, maybe more felt material than rubber. How thick is the metal of the brackets? Is a credit card a good test for seeing if it will accept a bracket? 2. If I'm unsure if I have 20mm or 22mm, should I go 22mm ? 3. When shut, are these blackout, or will there be light leakage between the slats?

I can't find any video showing how to set the sixteen-channel remote, all videos always pick the easiest two remotes to demo. It would be better to make a video demoing the most complex remote.

No one tells you what to do when you can't roll the blind back up! Rolls down but won't roll back up :( :( :(

They're not all the same, mine wasnt. Got it assembled but the chain still not working. There was a wire inside, unsure where, against the plastic, it went. Jammed when using

It says that you slot the bracket in to the gasket seal but are you saying that you need to break the seal? My UVPC windows have sealing on them and there is no gap there. Does that mean that it won't work and if so are there any other options other than fitting proper shutters?

Hi @Louvolite, Thank you for the great video! I have a 16 CH remote shown in the video. Everything works well except it always goes to CC mode after being left alone for 5 + seconds. How to turn off the CC mode so the last selected channel will stay on the remote after I am done with operating the remote?

Factory reset does not wipe positions.

I have set top and bottom limits but it is still possible to move past them if i press the same direction again potentially damaging the blind . Am i not setting limits properly?

I have the motorised version for 6 windows and the string holding the cellular are already broken for two of them. It is just 4 months I have them… the quality is definitely not there.

Chain fix for RollerBlind. In case you are here to reattach the chain for a Louvolite Shade System 40 clutch R3025, this is what you do Remove blind - steps to do this: - roll up blind (if you can with a little force, but not essential), push chain end in a direction it will move a little, usually up, push toward other end., it should now be detachable from chain end) Once removed, roll up blind if is not already Pull out mechanism on chain end from the roller tube - the whole chain enclosure mechanism should slide out - use a flathead screwdriver to ease out if necessary. Remove the plastic pin from point at the end, prise out with a small Phillips screwdriver in the hole if can't do manually Replace the chain - if it has a joiner the make sure it is placed close the mechanism on the side where the chain is chain is will drop down. Reverse process to refit. Note: the three lugs on the chain end should be faced upright, ensure blind is facing correct direction.
