Thank you so much! I really appreciate this. I've had a machine for years and have had issues with it, because I never knew the basics. These videos are really helping me and I cannot wait to sew my first project

The quarter inch guide on this Bernina is the right side of the right feed dog opening.Depending on the pressure foot installed it can be a little hard to see.

Yes, you are right. The old Bernina machines don't have this mark. In the next few months I will make a video on finding your quarter inch. How to test it, and differnt feet, moving the needle and things you can add to your machine. Thanks for your comment!

Hi. Thank you. I want to learn to quilt after the holidays. This is awesome. You are explaining everything. I am learning things about sewing machines too. I will be watching this again when it is not 1 am. I put the video in my favorites. Have a nice day.

Hi thank you for these videos. I noticed this is the 802. Is this the same for the Activa 135 since this is the playlist for the 135?

I’m enjoying the videos even though I’m an adult. I was just given this Activa 135, so am getting to know the machine.

Thank you for these. I just got this machine and am curious where you got your fitted table. Thanks!

My extension table came with my machine. I bought it in 1984. Still works great. You can order a plastic one In various sizes from Sew Steady or from a dealer. There is a photo of it in Video 1. They will make it fit around your machine

Can you please show me a resource for figuring out how to use the zipper foot for the 802? I bought a replacement and the needle hits the edge of the opening where it goes down into the fabric. Is there a way to adjust the foot or the needle position?
@learntoquilt9 ай бұрын
I will be covering this is lesson. It should be done soon. drive.google.com/file/d/1XfUTzO-v95xCs14FDEnATm5I1Y5vo2nM/view?usp=drive_link Here is a link to the photo of your machine. This knob has an outer ring and an inner ring. The inner ring changes the needle position. You will turn it right or left to use your zipper foot. There are several positions on the left and several positions on the right. Turn the knob until it is where you need it to be The outer ring should be on "0" for straight stitch. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. This is an old machine. If you can't turn the knob, you will need to take it to a Bernina shop so they can fix it for you.
