a year late here but since nobody said it in the comments, the Mattingly has a print spot on his left sleeve.. the same color as the ink used for his name and 'Yankees' on the card. I just sent in a '79 Ryan that is pristine outside of a black print spot in the upper left corner. it will be what it will be, but mildly concerned now. hoping for a 7.5 or an 8. pls don't be a 5!

SGC is the best grading service for most cards. For autographed cards I like to use Beckett .

Vending boxes are I thought always cool cause the design was exactly the same by Topps for a long time. I know PSA Gem Mint 10's are always the hope, but even right out of a pack or vending box it's like getting a winning scratch off ticket. 10's vs 9's are a big difference, especially since I don't really trust PSA giving out 10's even if a card should be because of the human element.

These are hit or miss but they can be great. I bought one of the walmarts versions of this and got an 87 topps bo jackson out of a pack and a bunch of nolan ryans.

These were originally made by a toy company as repackaged cards. Then someone decided to keep making them from all different years which made those obviously fake reseals. Also selling these for the amount of time they were on eBay. I think most accepted them for what they were. Resealed packs with stars showing. That said. It is possible some legitimate ones existed back in the day but the resealing of these got way out of hand to anyone that followed this.

Be careful to all humans. All us humans are under MAJOR spiritual attack. Meaning our health as well as our loved ones, will all be under a form of attack. Done by total cowards getting to hide while doing these attacks. And the card community that have been here for decades, are being shite on by evil companies like Whatnot, PSA, Goldin, Ebay, Gamestop, Heritage Auctions, Panini, Fanatics and China. All scum. All greedy.

It would be legit until 1963. Word has it these Christmas packs were only issued thru 1962

I really do not like how this guy on the left does not know how to slide tbrough these cards. It's not hard to do buddy. You are at a high risk of damaging these cards the way you are handling them. It's actually painful to watch. These are very old cards, please be mindful of that.
