I sang this in high school. I’m not a religious person, but it’s a powerful song. The Choir I was with (CMEA All State) didn’t do such advanced tempo modulations, the intense slowing is quite nice. Thanks.

This is the first hymn I remember learning in Nigeria whilst in primary school . The good Lord has been watching over me always and it’s no coincidence we all learnt this song at school all across the world. ❤ from London

Josquin des Prez was not an Italian. He was born and he died in then Duchy of Burgundy, now part of France ( except flemish regions now in Belgium or the Netherlands ). flemish regions

Dr. Jed, very impressive playing here. Is this the Yamaha Grand Marimba? I am a big fan of Heitor Villa-Lobos and the classical guitar. Fun to hear it on the Marimba.
