May I draw the angles using the command MIRROR on a CAD? Is the line drawn at 02:14 a bisector between the light beam and the normal? Is the line drawn at 02:47 a mirrored "bisector line between beam and normal" using the beam line as the mirror axis? ***in the last hours I found the answer: refraction index, sin x cos, on water is 1,33 to air and in glass is 1,52. Now I see the reason why!
