@@myraroldan3939 these planners/notebooks already hav ribbon bookmarks attached from the printer. I’m going to experiment this year with adding one since my planner no longer has one upon manufacturing.

Do you ever iron the glossy fabric paints? Or does that ruin them? Sometimes it seems like it takes 2+ days to dry in humid weather

I haven’t tried. This holds up well in normal wash and dry cycles, but I’ve never had cause to iron it. Let us know if you experiment!

I have not tried resin. With acrylic paints, I don’t often need additional sealants.

What pencil or colored pencil smudges the least?

With graphite pencils, the harder lead will smudge less. With color pencils, less pigment and more wax should, theoretically, smudge less.

Your project is exactly what I needed to figure out my own painted fabric project! I know your post is from some time ago, but I had a couple of questions. Do you find that when the shirt is folded up that the paint sticks together? My fabric paint feels a bit tacky when dry, and the canvas cart tote will be folded up when not in use. I don't want the painted picture to meld together when folded. Also, did you heat set this shirt in any way or protect the final work with a sealant? Thanks so much for the cone idea. I found your how-to video :-D

I bought some treat bags about 3 months ago to give this a try. Glad someone else already has the glitches ironed out for me. I haven't tried it yet, but there is always tomorrow! 😁🙂😀
