In vacanza in Albania ho trovato molti popoli.... Gli albanesi originari che sono praticamente industinguibili dagli italiani e poi slavi, turchi, romeni e greci e anche 4 o 5 razze zingare... La città dove le facce sono più simili a quelle degli italiani mi è sembrata Berati mentre la città più multietnica mi è sembrata Korca che storicamente rientrava nell'antica Macedonia e dove quasi tutti sono bislingue albanese e greco e dove puoi trovare dei paesini che parlano rumeno e anche un gruppo di zingari che mi hanno colpito per la bellezza di alcune ragazze e per il fatto che non rubano e son bene educati (stranissimo!). A Tirana invece ho visto bella gente ma spesso sembrano proprio turchi in tutto e per tutto. Riguardo il nord mi sarei aspettato di trovare a Lezhë volti simili a Siracusa perché la storia racconta che Alessio (Lissus) fú fondata dai siracusani e invece poche facce dai tratti italici e quei pochi sembrano dei sardi....e poi questa sranezza che un paesino sembrano turchi e quello 3km più avanti cristiani e così via....e comunque mi hanno detto che molti si fecero mussulmani per non pagare le tasse maggiorate ai turchi invasori...riguardo ai matrimoni non fanno molto caso alla religione perciò ci sono moltissimi matrimoni misti tra cristiani e mussulmani.... Ho conosciuto una simpatica signora con un nonno turco e uno ortodosso albanese e uno mussulmano albanese e uno zingaro cioè un mix che mi raccontava proprio questa abitudine di sposare senza guardare la religione e solo riguardo agli zingari c'è qualche diffidenza perciò scelgono con attenzione se sono zingari rispettabili oppure no. I piatti tipici sono quasi uguali in tutta l'Albania e molti sono simili ai piatti romeni anche se cambiano nome....la musica invece cambia da nord a sud e anche il dialetto perciò uno di Lezhë fatica a conversare con uno di Korce se parlano troppo velocemente e comunque ogni città cambia qualcosina ma a sud hanno la erre simile a quella italiana standard mentre al nord simile a quella del friuli e del veneto.
