I’d like more details on how Jackie set up the Google questionnaire for her Group Calls and how she transferred that info into a spreadsheet so that participants could see that info, and then how/where did she store this info in Practice Better so that everyone has access to it?

If you create a google form, it automatically creates a spreadsheet for the answers. Then you can share the link inside of PB. Hope that helps!
