Your bear hang is too close to the trunk, needs to be at least 10 feet away from the trunk. Bears are great climbers.

@@Backcountrytrippers Oh wow, many factors in that. Solo? You cant go wrong with Temagami area. French River is also gorgeous, depends what your after. Maybe the Brent Run in Algonquin? We could go on for days, hahaha.

MSR pump stoves are the best bang for your buck.

100% agree!! Except my pump broke on our last night of the trip 😫. That's why we had so much fire wood in the last video.

Haha, I would argue that since he's a dependant, then yes it still counts. Not sure how sound that logic is but I'm sticking to it! 😆

That creek is a bit tricky, the portage was a bit tough to find in low water. Trust the map and follow your nose. I remember it being basically a straight shot off the landing. We had to force our way through at the end because the lilly pads we so thick.

Working on those now! Day 4 should be uploaded shortly. Will do my best to get the rest done for you ;) The Bay wasn't at all bad to navigate, much easier than I had expected given all the little islands. It's beautiful there, you're going to love it!
