This really helped a lot. Exercising always seemed so daunting to me since I feel pressured to go all the way, do a full squat or jumping jack and this really helped me, knowing I can do a less intense one. Even when I got sweaty and tired, I still wanted to finish it instead of giving up. I feel so much better after doing this. I love your videos.

As simple and safe as these exercises are, for someone like me who has Ankylosing Spondylitis they are a difficult challenge. I was able to follow the class until the 12th minute. Tomorrow I will try again, after my morning walk and my therapy for back pain with the pilates ball. I send you greetings and congratulations from Venezuela, brother.👊

BEWARE of this exercise program. I think it could be DANGEROUS! His exercises are too intensive and too long for the elderly. I was completely exhausted after completing them and it took me 2 days to fully recover. I am 77 and have been very active all my life but I consider that the vigour of this program is NOT appropriate for older people, and potentially harmful for those who have not been active.
