I'd love to learn about the tools you used during each phase to build up the book. Eg did you start in docs then transition to some other tool for better formatting/visualization? Did you create or use a template for your writing schedule? Or to organize your marketing strategy? The ppl wanna know!!

Thank you but even though I have money I would not live in such an expensive (nickle and dime you to death) place where you're not building any personal wealth equity.... Id rather live in a run down house where I actually owned the place and was building equity than to blow my money on rent and later in life have nothing to fall back on

Whew Chile, THOSE FEES! I live in Vining’s at Windsor Encore, I saw when this was being built before I moved Encore… I also toured Ascent in downtown ATL, but too far from my job 😢. I love the amenities there!

This does look amazing, my brother lives in Atlanta. but I live in downtown Chicago, So it's hard for me to really be impressed. however, if I ever did move to Atlanta. This is the area I would go for.

OMG I got 5 big butterflies going up my leg. At the time, a bit of pain, I’m VERY ticklish so it tickled on the 2nd(mid-calf), back of the knee and side hurt like hell and yes the shading hurt then bareable, then hurt lol. But the SPASMS and pain after…BAYYBEEEE I was NOT ready for this and I have 12 tats before this. This was my biggest.
