Consider using stealth to sneak through the Prison Island. All the enemies carry guns which can easily chip away at your health. On Mild, you'll probably get away with going loud if you're good since they all die in one or two hits, but on Bitter, the guns are upgraded to machine guns, which will quickly chip away at even the Rose Nasty, and then Travis's health. If you're spotted on Bitter, run for the exit, you will not last long in a fight against these guys.
