I thought about this about 2 years ago when my wife and I were still in. I had seen so many red flags and noticed that everyone sounded like a programmed robot and had that cult stare when their minds would shut off. I noticed the music at the Kingdom Hall was always old marching band style music from the 30s even though they have newer versions of the same songs. When the music would play there I did notice some odd change in frequency like a distortion in the background similar to poor quality digital low bit rate. My wife said she never noticed it and she thought it sounded fine, she also had gotten more indoctrinated than I did. I was extremely fortunate to wake her and another woman up and help them leave. I absolutely believe that their music has been intentionally designed to alter their consciousness for hypnosis.

I graduated from the religion 1997. I say "graduated", because I had seen it all and learned from it. I am totally not brainwashed, which is difficult. The world is a scary place, the JWs are right about it, but it is not true that the world hates the JWs. JWs are allowed in like 200 countries and even if you go to the rest of them and keep your mouth shut, they will not turn you back. Even with pedophiles and all, JWs are still registered as a legal religion. I am in a queer community and I heard of a trans person, who went from Taiwan to Hong Kong and had a different gender on passport than she was presenting, and she was put on a mental asylum for several years. Just a tourist! And in Florida, they can give a death sentence just for being trans. And the JWs think they are persecuted, that is so hilarious! As for persecution, I believed it 100%. There was a moment out in field service, where a guy went to get a shot gun to shoot me and once another guy wanted to go get an axe. Things like that happen. But it is not like "Jehovah's Witness ideology must be eradicated from public life entirely", like Knowles said about trans people.
