Putting this here so people have full context: Ozma is a power pop band that was most popular in the early 2000s. In 2006, a group of fans on the semi-official forum OzmaFans created a website (The Ozma Demo Repository) that was designed to collect all the various demos, solo recordings, live performances and other rarities from the band’s history. This recording ended up being one of the songs on there, as just “all moon”. No info was provided, so people assumed it was just a very early Ozma demo (and it does kinda sound like it, vaguely anyway) On April 23, 2018, Daniel Brummel, one of Ozma’s singers/writers was asked about it on twitter - he replied saying “That is most definitely not an Ozma song. Sorry!!” That is still the last bit of info we’ve learned about All Moon. Ozma did have songs either mislabeled as their own (like Ibold Train’s “A Song About You” and The Caution’s “Coffee Shop Girl”) or have their songs mislabeled as by other bands (like their “Baseball” being attributed to Weezer) on file sharing services back in the day so it isn’t inconceivable that this was the result of something like that happening. That’s about the only theory people have though. TLDR: not ozma, not solo work by members of ozma, from before 2006
