@puppypoet yea I don't think it snowed like this since the 1800s. Normally we just get ice and that's it. Hopefully it can snow in your area so you can experience it too.

apprently you don't either? bettas need 5 gallons and preferably decorations* and when doing water changes u don't dump out all the water and put new in u dumped all the good bacteria

Thank you for your concern for these animals. As someone who works at a pet store I can't just put a Betta in a 5 gallon tank I have zero say on what goes on with these animals I tell management and district management and they say it's fine "it's just a fish" is what I get told as for cleaning the water again they don't exactly care they want the tanks to look clean for appearance.

Not there because you can't leave too much water. More water=less oxygen. Less oxygen=drowned fish. Air holds more oxygen which will diffuse into the water as the fish converts the oxygen in the water to carbon dioxide

Fish need to be shipped with less then half the bag being water or else you just starve them of oxygen because air holds far more oxygen then water. However. With the size of the box they're showing. There's no reason they couldn't use larger bags like a 1 gallon bag to do the same thing, or any normal fish bag from any petstore.
