Ok, here’s my take: You need cocoa butter to make white chocolate (the authentic kind at least, not the cheap stuff made from other vegetable oils and fats) You cannot make white chocolate without a byproduct of the cocoa plant. Inclusion of cocoa solids isn’t (or shouldn’t be) the only thing that make something count as “chocolate” TLDR You can’t make white chocolate without involving the cocoa plant, just like regular chocolate, so it should also count. Instant noodles - pasta, potato - potato. I normally add my own protein: meat, egg, tofu, and plenty of veg. It's definitely healthier than burgers, chips, pizza, etc.
