its ideal to build a base near a geyser or vent,.or run a power transmitter to your base so you could get infinite power source ..of course obtain it first ,the thermal power plant and transmitter blueprint

Sound like a great idea. I will consider it, once we need a very large amount of power. So far, it should be fine and solar panels aren't too expensive. Thank you, though!

Great progress! If you don't want to explore during the night, build a bed. That way you can sleep until daytime arrives. I hated night time too. I remember when I first played this game and didn't have a bed yet, I would just stay in the pod and read up on all the stuff I scanned until daylight dawned lol!

That's one way to keep yourself busy dureing night time. But thank you for the info! I knew, there was something, but now I have confirmation! Only really helpful in early game, but still good to know! Thanks again for recommending Subnautica!

nice video just a question do you know that if you hold R u can repair your weapon (if it has a weapon repair point)

Thank you. Yeah, I know about that, but I kinda got used to throwing away or disassebling broken weapons. I won't be able to get used to repairing. Same with modding weapons. It's a habit, I never got into, so changing all this is pretty difficult haha

I totally agree. I'm not crazy about building a base and defending it. I like the base attacks against the machine forts though.

I like how you set about playing this game. Very thoughtful and strategic! After this game, I suggest Subnautica. It has the same detailing as this world except under the sea of an alien planet. Has exploration of different types of biomes, resource gathering, different types of sea life (many dangerous) and a great story integrated into it as you explore the alien world you get stranded on.

I wish there was a second game, that let you explore, what happens after the endings. Especially the ending you're mentioning. For science!

If i may be so bold as to give you a tip. Before you do "The Ring Fort " mission and Calle's truck escort i would suggest you stock up on ammo and med kits. It is one of the hardest missions in the game and ended up getting a friend to log in and help me with it.

Tips are welcome! The mission with calles truck will wait for some time. Not to spoil people, that haven't seen the game, but that mission is - as far as I know - supposed to be one of the last, when it comes to story. But for how far I currently am, we'll have enough ammo, don't you worry! I will gladly take your advice, though! Thank you

I don't play many video games but, I've grown to love this one. There's so much to explore and finding weapon upgrades makes you rub your hands with glee. Even with the heavy weapons, facing the big guys can be daunting. It's a really engrossing game and a lot of fun. Keep up the great videos. 😃😃😃

Not sure if soft point ammo does that much damage compared to FMJ and AP.... FMJ is best (I think!) for the combo penetration/component damage...

As far as I know, SP is good for weakpoint damage, if you actually go for direct, blue spark damage. For everything else, I will use FMJ, for sure
