so i have this order from amazon and it was shipped with Zhiejieda Supply Chain. i was able to track it from china to here in the Philippines using 17Track. But i lost it when the status on 17Track said that it was already delivered by the courier to the Addressee! ANak ng tupa eh ako ang addressee eh, WALA pa po ako narereceive na parcel. presently, as of this moment January 17, 2024 nasa ganitong state po ako. i checked with my neighbors kasi baka sa knila iniwan yung parcel, negative po and may tiwala po ako sa kanila. sa local post office wla din po. i need help po right now in answering the question: "Where the heck are my parcels?" thank you po sa help. Dispute the purchase. Open an inquiry with the shipping company that supposedly delivered it so they can try to find it, and also go ahead and ask for your money back due to non-receipt.

Hi Zohan, I beg you pardon, I did not fully understand what you mean for "set the warehouse". If you mean inventory levels, they will be updated according to your virtual warehouse on Yakkyofy dashboard. If you have no stock, the inventory will show zero, it is just a default figure that won't affect the availability of a product.

@@zorainkhan748 Thanks for the clarification Zohan. About warehouse country, it can not be chosen because we source and quote all the products directly from Chinese factories to offer the best prices, then all the shipments depart from China.

As for someone who wants to setup an ecommerce store, its extremely difficult to implement shipping as your costs vary, i have tried communicating with you about the issue, but no help has been given whatsoever. i tried culculating shipping based on weight, 3 products still give different costs, for example (shipping 1kg may cost $15, 2Kg, $34 and 3Kg may cost $48 (Not a representation of your actual shipping cost)) My point is, your prices are not consistent, i am willing to stick with yakkyofy should i get help on this. but as of now my options are open to other providers who can offer a workaround on this.

Ciao Antonio, grazie del commento. Se hai importato gli SKU gli ordini futuri verranno trasferiti ma finché il prodotto sul tuo store non sarà pubblico non c'è modo per i tuoi potenziali clienti di acquistare il prodotto. Le pagine prodotto devono essere pubbliche per essere visualizzabili online.

@@ipercade8495 dipende dal costo del prodotto e dalla spedizione. Non puoi saperlo a priori, il nostro sistema ti aiuta a trovare diversi fornitori per lo stesso prodotto, ed in base al costo del prodotto e della spedizione, decidi quale fornitore scegliere.

If you need a specific document you can write it in the quotation request, inside the note and our team will check it for you.
