Just go into the forest or stand in front of a tree and look at it for a few minutes. You do not always have to walk, you can sometimes just stop in the middle of the road to relieve the stress and just look at a tree that will not look back hatefully when you look at it.

Keeping an open mind is a good idea.

George, everybody you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about, and every one's relation with the Divine is personal and unique. It's not up to you to judge and comment on the life and process of these women, some respect and humility please. Have you ever actually done the postures yourself? I would like to recommend it to you. Have been practising them for many years, it's a powerfull way of reconnecting with Life and the Spirits and pretty earthing to. Tannis might be grounded stronger then you (think).

This is an example of people in the city just focusing on making the superficial physical reality more comfortable and not doing what the ancients actually taught. Mimicking an aware person's behaviour is better than watching TV, but is not a substitute for going through the process to actually awaken their own connection with Life. Making oneself feel better while under stress is not the same as dealing with the cause of it. I am told that the 3rd generation separated from land goes nuts.
