Also makes no sense as the Dumbarton in the song is not the town but the First Earl of Dumbarton. The Caddie in the last verse is the military rank of Cadet, when he’s promoted hence the singer will be a captains lady

where can I find the song tears will never stain streets of glory. was played at my dad's funeral April 6th2016
