That was a great video. You should have went to Suruli waterfalls, best place to take bath with fresh water coming from untouched hills. Wood briar tea estate have their own private falls, it requires some walk inside forest called Oothuparai falls, i call it bed-room falls, inside enclosed rocks. Iravangalar dam, venniar dam also beautiful. In your video your showed three dams (they are not single dam). In the foothills on the eastern side you have Varushanadu Valley, it has many scenic villages, with river streams, forest, surrounded by mountain on all sides, it is a pristine drive.

@@vijays8555 Thank you so much. Too much of restriction these days in Meghamalai. All dams were closed for public as some mishap happened sometime back. Hi - thanks for your videos. Really nice and informative! Can I ask for your advise? I'm planning to visit Ladakh next month along with a friend. However I keep getting nervous about the trip especially about AMS. How worried should I be about AMS? I'm hearing few people say that to avoid AMS , you need to simply rest for 2 days after reaching Leh. Is this required? Any places that I should avoid? (I'm in my 40s , no major health issues .But I have no experience in hiking or high altitude places. Also I am a pre-diabteic and vegetarian. So I will have to follow diet) if you can suggest , it'd be helpful , thanks!
@offbeattravel.official8 күн бұрын
Thank you so much. AMS can catch you by surprise unless you acclimatise yourself at Leh. So, please make sure to take it easy for 2 days after you reach Leh. Health will be fine as long as you don't over push yourself. Taking Diamox once in a day does help, do speak to your doctor before the trip.
