Hate to correct you but you were catching Golden Snapper, or fingermarks.. Latin name LUTJANIS Johnii.. Goldband snapper are caught in much deeper water, look totally different and Latin name is Pristipomoides multidens.. they are not even the same sub species..

What a lovely place Lake Jindabyne is. We used to always go there for Snow / Trout fishing holidays when our kids were young. Geez I miss the place. It’s where I learnt how to catch trout! I have a very soft spot for that place! Thanks so much for posting this video

In the fresh water? I honestly don’t think so. The lake they are at (point Henning) has been terraformed quite a bit since. I’m keen to try tho

Hey, Thank you, and hope your health is well. Due to the lower number of views and likes compared to your number of subscribe, it is necessary to implement SEO techniques for optimization. If you want I manage your channel monthly and can do that for you. Full channel promotion, video SEO.

Hi, dear, I hope you are well. I saw that your KZbin videos are very lovely and very helpful. You have enough of the videos but your video is not getting views because there is some problem with your videos. Your SEO score is very poor (0% out of 100)and you need optimization for better results. If you update the videos then the views of the video will increase. If you want you can discuss it with me. Thanks

Beautiful fish , great eating , similar to redfin which is also a perch or part of that family of fish. Shame they are not as plentiful in our waters as they used to be, not since the dreaded carp seemed to take over our waterways.

there's tones of stocked lakes around Adelaide
@soobzАй бұрын
@@zaneshansford 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So we have Myponga, you might fluke a Murray Cod in there, they aren't stocked though, the stocked fingerling trout feed them so you're partly right, assuming the redfin don't eat them first, though those are harder and harder to get so their numbers are way down. Then we have Happy Valley, indeed stocked once upon a time, stunningly boring to fish as it's a big pond, not what I'd call a lake. South Para? Warren? Not stocked and nobody stopping the bait fishers of a certain ethnic origin taking way over the limit of what is left. Where are the others? If you think PIRSA are doing a remotely good job for rec fishing your head is jammed somewhere the sun doesn't see. Do I really need to refer you to the snapper debacle?

Tier One industry at its finest. Over cooked safety and red tape everywhere. Fancy having to wear a harness, lanyard, gloves and goggles to flick a line on a bank. There was probably a 2 day induction process to get to that point lol

There used to be a canal that returned water to Allans Creek after use in the No. 1 Works area (60's - 80's) adjacent to the Electric Steel Plant. Being a person who spent decades in the nearby laboratories there is no way I'd recommend eating fish from that canal knowing the effluents in there. I'll swear there used to be some that glowed in the dark or had two heads. Hopefully times have changed.
