Write at the beginning as soon as you said dirty kitchen. I lost interest in the house. I don't want a Filipino house. I want the North American house with a real kitchen and a real laundry room. I don't wash dry my laundry outside in the wind. They did that a 100 years ago I live here now.

Why do no houses in the Philippines have an enclosed garage with a garage door? Even if you buy a house that cost 100 million pesos it will only have an open car port.

Hello Sir Adam and Thank you for watching! It is up to the new buyer if he/she wants to have a gate. Most of the houses with an open car port like this one are located inside an exclusive subdivision with 24/7 security . Some would put fences and gates specially those who have pets. It's really up to the new buyer :)

you only showed 4 bedrooms (1 down bedroom and 3 2nd floor bedroom) as advertised as 5 bedrooms. Were is the 5th bedroom? Maids, drivers and theater is not included. Missing 1 bedroom. No dirty kitchen?

Hello Sir Romeo! Thank you for pointing that out. I have edited the pinned comment and description to avoid confusion. You are right. It's 4BR only if the Theatre Room, Helper and Driver's Room aren't included. It's advertised at 5BR because you can convert the Theatre room as the 5th Room :) We forgot to show the Laundry Area and Dirty Kitchen but if you watch again , you get a glimpse of it after the tour at pantry area .
