pete bayliss definitely it’s very rocky but it wouldn’t be too much of a challenge. My friend who did it with me was on s hardtail

Andrew Ellis I started at the sugar bowl car park and then crossed the road and on to the track that heads east. I then dropped down a steep hill to a crossroads in the track and turned right. Down this track for the first few 100 feet there are loads of drainage channels but after that it is lovely single track. The route finishes at the car park near the car park just up the raid from the Glenmore road bridge
