Idea for a Contest: every participant sends in a map. Each map is played for a fixed amount of time and players try to beat AT. If a player beats AT then the Player gets an AT point. At the end of the timelimit the mapper is rewarded a map point for each player who did not get AT. To win you need a get a minimum on ATs (maybe something between 25% and 50% of total maps). If you got this then you are qualified to win. The qualified player with the most map points will win. On a tie the ATs will decided. Think this could be fun. Maybe some little adjustments.

I hope you have a program ready to check the non-repeatability condition. I bet multiple solutions would try to use ALL vanilla blocks, and you do not want to check those maps manually.
