After watching this and seeing the devastation and destruction that the hurricane caused, I feel so sick about how flippant my comments were about the preparation for a Hurricane. Watching Netflix and eating s’mores. I’d say I am an asshole! So much destruction to some of the most beloved communities and thousands of people still unaccounted for. I am so sad. 😢😢😢 no excuse for being so insensitive. I pray for everyone affected by this disaster.

You are implying that the belief must go, that somehow the belief is wrong, whereas the belief that one must do something like sadhana is just as legitimate as having no belief. I do have a belief that sadhana is essential and that is not going to stop because it is what it is. This is it. My belief that you must do sadhana is just what's happening and if you believe me and are persuaded by me then it too will be simply what is happening for you. I do not accept that what I experience is happening to no one. It is happening to me because that's what it is. If I say it's happening to me then it's true because that's what's happening. There is something to find and there is something to gain and if you listen to me you will discover this is just what is happening, innocently effortlessly and spontaneously. When you discover that I am speaking the truth, that you can gain something from spiritual practice you will thank me. But I will just say you are thanking no one. It is just happening as it is. Anyone can play this game.

By „Listening to the heart" does not refer to the physical heart. This reference is of course not meant in this way, it is picture language. "Listening to the heart" simply stands for treating yourself and others lovingly. So perhaps trusting feelings more than thoughts. Of course this takes place within noticing - one who notices something. But it's good to convey that the physical body & anything doesn't know about itself at all, it's simply unseparated. So that the Me is not seen because it is illusory.

You can’t put your finger on something that is already not something. Not putting a finger on it is This! It is not about knowing and understanding despite that can seem to innocently happen or not. “Knowing” are thoughts reporting of a story about what seems to be happening and all that is happening is a story describing something as happening but nothing is happening except for apparent “sounds” thoughts label as “words.” If it seems complicated that is the story! It’s completely complicated! There is no simplifying of the story, but the story includes an individual often trying to simplify and manage a life it doesn’t have. DEFINITION FOR COMPLICATED (1 OF 1) adjective • composed of elaborately interconnected parts; complex: complicated apparatus for measuring brain functions. • difficult to analyze, understand, explain, etc.: a complicated problem. - The story is not in some fixed concrete state and it is not a constant that is permanently happening. The story is never simplifying anything. The story once it is told that is it! It’s gone and will never appear again. That’s its simplicity, stories come and go. More stories will seem to appear and speak of a continuity in the story that is never actually there. The word, the idea, the meanings and the belief all appear as ephemeral thoughts, thoughts are not apparent, you cannot put a thought into a pocket. What’s apparent can only appear to be put into a pocket. If you look to locate the “wind,” it’s apparent that you can go stand outside and find what is being labeled the wind. But good luck locating where the story is, you’ll need all the luck there is and still it won’t help as the story is not really apparent at all. It’s pure imagination. The story doesn’t leave the imagination and appear outside of the imagination so there won’t be any story found anywhere. There is nothing special about knowing anything. Understanding doesn’t ever make This better or worse.

Those questions are a powerful response to the assumption that “help” is missing and is needed. There isn’t a belief here that help is needed and yet I still felt a sense of relaxing when those questions came up. ☺️

Yes, there is no you to be helped. Sander is not aiming to help wake people up so they can be free from suffering. There is no Sander. There is no such thing as waking up and there is no such thing as freedom from suffering. Those are just thoughts that may arise. They dont mean anything. These videos are made automatically for no discernable reason. No one is doing it. Wanting help may happen or not. There is no one who could be helped and there is no such thing as help. There is no situation that is any better than any other. There is just what appears to be happening and its only an appearance, with no reality to it whatsoever.
