@@mohammaddmc He's immune to all status effects (I think atk and def down still work though) when he has his abyss buff up, but the bigger reason is that the extra stun damage helps quite a bit there.

I think AI Percival is really dependant on the boss and how well your party overall can lock bosses down. My skill setup for him as AI is Feuerangriff, Macht, Royal Authority and X-Seele whilst his sigil priority is basically the same as it is when you play him normally but rather than going for lvl45 Quick Cooldown, try to fit Uplift and Nimble Onslaught in there instead.

Burn damage scales directly off of the amount of atk you have on the character sheet. So take the atk you see on the character sheet and double it and that's the amount of damage your DoTs will do. I think Zerreissen is probably still worth using without glass cannon depending on the boss and how quickly you end up killing stuff, The longer a fight goes on, the better it becomes because of it's short CD allowing for more schlachts. The only time I wouldn't take it is on bosses that are straight up immune to DoTs or have mechanics that will make them immune to DoTs intermmitently (So currently: Lucilius and Evyl Blackwyrm).

No, Traumerei is still so powerful that it's still an auto-include if you want maximum output. If you want something with a lower cooldown to schlacht more, replace Roter Wirbel with Royal Authority or Zerreissen if you're not fighting things that are burn immune.

The builds I use for each run are always in the description. If you've already seen the build: Lucilius sigils make it so we have extremely limited space for QoL/comfort skills and ultimately you're going to have to make a compromise, even when you have curio+ sigils (the subslot problem is extremely bad if you don't have curio+ sigils, IDK why Cygames decided this was a good idea). If you want more QoL/comfort in your builds, start by replacing Beta > Alpha > Gamma in that order with Damage Cap V+ until you're comfortable with the amount of QoL in your build. You can also choose to forgoe one Supp V if you're not a speedrunner and don't need the 100% proc rate consistency. Something else on Percival specifically (I'm not sure on other characters) having a crit wrightstone with +10-12 on an good orange sigil such as stamina allows you to drop that sigil from your builds which allows a bit more space for other stuff that you might want. At the very least you want to fit lvl15+ cascade on your builds because it works very well with schlacht, but the rest of the QoL/comfort sigils are up to your personal preference. One thing that I'd still never recommend on Percival however is Flight over Fight. His caps are high enough that slotting it results in a very noticeable decrease in damage that you can't really make up for unlike characters like Lancelot who can use combo booster to make up for the decrease in attack as well as having naturally low caps on a lot of his key attacks (Flight over Fight also absolutely annihilates Zerreissen's burn damage)

It depends, sometimes you only have time for one, sometimes you'll want to do 3, sometimes you just raw charge. You usually never want to do 4 normals though.

Yes quick charge is now much more important than before though I'd still only run lvl15/16 unless you got lucky and have a really good double orange crit wrightstone.

@@Trolldeer I ran 16 and it does feels better, seems worth to max out if I can get it but yeah, it has to be with great wrightstones. My charged only deals 570k but yours almost 100k more than that thanks to the new sigils and Glass cannon, with Sup damage maxed you essentially deals 1.5x my damage lol.

Yeah I was really hoping they added something to help people with the terrible curio sigil RNG, but the new Lucilius sigils are actually better when you have already have good curio sigils which extremely unfortunate because you have to give up so much QoL in order to fit 4 of the Lucilius sigils. If you have no decent Supp V+, I'd recommend only running 2x Gamma and just running 2x Supp V/IV just so you can fit more of the QoL stuff into your builds.

@@Trolldeer Seems reasonable, I thought about not having Supp damage maxed out if you don't have V+, 3 slot without other skill kinda bad for dps tbh, Percival in particular benefits from ability cd stuff too. I have 1 V and 1 IV+ right now, the grind is real

Yes, just lvl15/16 QC is enough. For general gameplay I really like max quick charge on Percival though. For Danchou, I think their charged attack charges slower than schlacht as a baseline, but It doesn't matter nearly as much for them because I end up using first level charge a lot anyway because it has a much faster animation compared to max level charge attack.

Yeah I used to enjoy watching/attempting speedruns on monster hunter back in the 4U - XX/GU days and frontier still has some of the coolest monster/boss encounters that I've ever seen. Fingers crossed Capcom goes back to monster encounter design more similar to those older games for wilds (they probably won't but a man can dream).

The other dmg caps are on my crit rate sigil, lords procession and I have a 7+5 dmg cap on my weapon now.

What type of build are you running. No matter what I do I can't get my character near this strong.

@@nofilter1547 This was pre-Lucilius patch Percival which had some bugs that made him far and away the strongest character in the game next to aerial shotgun Rackam when he worked. These have all been patched out now so the build I used here is no longer applicable to current content.

Yeah I really like this game even with all of it's current flaws. It's a bit too easy when you've gotten your Terminus weapon + maxed damage caps and you're also in a full party, but if we were to compare this game to say Monster Hunter World or Rise (Pre G/Master-rank expansions), then we're basically in the same state of "endgame" as those games were when they were initially released (which is to say basically no real "endgame" outside of speedrunning). I really hope they do add a bunch of important QoL features as part of their post-release updates because stuff like transmarveling or sorting through 1k+ sigils is extremely tedious right now. It's up to Cygames really if they want to support this game further than their current roadmap right now which only goes up to May, but after how well this game has done, I don't see why they wouldn't, especially when there's more potential money to be made from stuff like the different outfits from the original gacha game.

@@PejorativeDaedal Over 1k on PC and i only have these two. I have ~700 on PS5 and i have no Supp V+ there but I have one GC V+. Luck is luck and I 100% understand why anyone would not think these are legit though cause these curio V+ rates be ass.

It's not "necessary" but it makes a very noticeable difference in actual gameplay. On dummy having at least level 15 also lets you fit one extra schlacht in. It's a subtle difference but it's actually huge on some bosses in terms of getting a charged schlacht out fast enough to charge parry (some examples being gallanza and radis whitewyrm)

@@woolife171 You mean the fast charge Schlacht tech? You have to use one of his damage skills and then dodge in it's startup so it doesn't go on cooldown and you still get the benefits of the fast charge via skill.

Some things change with framerate. For example on PC some of the different Zeta routes on dummy are easier to do/can only be done on 120FPS as opposed to lower framerates and also lancelot does more DPS the higher your FPS is. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Gran/Djeeta have better cooldown reduction and DPS at 30FPS (minimum playable, if you could bear to play at a lower FPS you might get more damage)

@@Trolldeer got you makes sense. It's similar in another game called destiny 2. Does it affect percival anyway? I msure it makes it easier to dodge cancel but does it affect rotor wirbel damage?

@@woolife171 I don't think it affects percival specifically in any meaningful way.

Wehn you have Vengeful Flames up, if you delay you delay the jump enough, it'll count as 2 hits in the loop combo.
