Wow! First time seeing this one. Yoshi was one of the DJs I based my performance off of after seeing him in the 92 DMC World finals. Him and Q-bert. So it was so cool when I got to eventually do a short tour of Tokyo with him for Vestax. Oh yeah and not to mention that little battle he and I had in 1993. 😉

The way he works with tempo and grooves and makes new accents in the piece is wonderful. He's working like a live producer here and this is one of the best juggles ever.

This routine would still win in 2022 easily. Nobody makes routines like this anymore, or has this kind of arrangement using that many parts of the record the way he did.
