Gracias por tu comentario. La máquina corta en una sola pasada a una velocidad de 480. La rapidez que se ve en el video es solo para mostrar cómo se ve el proceso. Limpio el lente a fondo una vez por semana y reemplazo el lente por uno nuevo cada mes. ¡Gracias nuevamente por tu interés!

great job and awesome machine ! i think you should paint the wood with white primer first so the final color will be more vibrant, and the grass on the front should be on its own layer so its separate from the outlined font (joy) for more visibility (two diff green maybe) :) keep up the good work ++

@@catoboca las líneas que ves en la parte trasera son del panel de rejilla tipo panal. No aplico ningún acabado en la parte trasera. Solía pintarla de negro con spray, pero ahora simplemente la dejo vacía

Hi! I recommend using LightBurn for your laser machine. It’s great for designing and preparing cuts. Focus on cutting in one pass and monitor closely to prevent fires. Make sure your air assist is set high. Air assist is the airflow from the laser head that helps avoid flare-ups and ensures cleaner cuts. LightBurn costs $100. I suggest watching a tutorial on its basic tools to get started. I used a 40W laser at a speed of 480 in one pass.

I have something for you to try. Get 4 or 5 1/2 blocks about 1 inch square and put them under the board for support. I did that and I don't get all the burning on the back of my project.

The honey comb bed is great. If you don't leave an air gap under it you're get the pattern on the back of your project
