Can you cut down the length of the videos with a little editing? Some of the videos, in my opinion, are unnecessarily long as you're repeating certain aspects that may not be required. Kindly try to reduce the lengths. Otherwise, thanks for sharing your experience with us

When some one orders for 100 pieces of small chops. How many pieces of each are we supposed to give ?

This question is a bit tricky. Your cost of production will determine how many pieces you will package. In the part of the world where I live small choops sell from 1,200, depending on the contents. The standard here is 1 spring roll, 1 samosa, 4 puff puff, 2 mosa puff puff and 1 chicken. I hope this helps. I Will try and make a video explaining this in detail. Thank you for engaging.

I apologize for the late response. I used a bag of flour for the entire production. A bag contains 16 paints of flour. Thank you for engaging my contents 🙏

Thanks for the engagement and for subscribing to this community. For the puffpuff mix. I do 10 cups of flour, 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar or 2 depending on how sweet you want it to be. 1 table spoon of nut meg, 1 table spoon of cinnamon, 1 table spoon of salt, 1/4 cup of yeast. Cheers 😘

The addition of vegetable oil is optional. The idea is basically to give you a smooth experience when removing it from the pan. But trust me, if you have a good noon tick pan, all that can be skipped. I do hope I have been able to answer your question?
