This is essentially the form that Dr Yang Jwing Ming (YMAA) teaches. The saber form is the same as well. Dr Yang is from Taiwan. There must be a connection, are you aware? Any videos or info on the hand form? Any information will help. Thanks for posting.

this is Young's style. but this kind of knife is not the most popular form. only Deng Shi-hai's student practice this form

Master Deng Shi Hai is in Taipei, Taiwan. Just ask for old style 108 Yang's (martial art) style Tai Chi.
