Dishwasher making companies got smart...they don't sell this small cheap seal. They want us to buy the entire assembly or a new dishwasher

Hi mate, nice video! I’ve done the procedure last week, and worst part was dealing with the exhaust bracket that’s in front of the filling plug. In your video seems that the bracket is in place, how you deal with it?

So for the next visitors, the last minutes of the video is all you need. Just unscrew that 1 screw, and move the rail up. BUT! Be careful with one thing! As i see on the video, he makes the same mistake like me. BE SURE that the BOTH rails are at one of their ends (same level). In other ways the seat will be skewed and will end stuck into the middle console. If you have drill machine, you can use it with the spring to make sure, that the rail is at it's end, because if one of the rails touch the end, the motor stops and the other one stops too and doesn't go all the way.
@Abz844 ай бұрын
Do you need to remove the seat out to unscrew that one bolt or can we do this whole process without taking seats off the car??
@dimitrov.nikolay4 ай бұрын
@@Abz84 You have to. Because you have to pull up the one rail. You can't pull it up if it's attached to the car.

Thank you so much, the only video for changing the shaft I believe. I shall give it a try next weekend, it's a Honda Odyssey, but I think the mechanism would still be the same, our shaft came out after someone rear ended us.

“power seat motor drive shaft” is the key word you guys want. i also didnt know the correct wording amazon or google wanted. i did the work, now i posted it here for you fine people!
@brianmorris3614 Жыл бұрын
you could try other key words to get you there ‘power seat drive shaft (make model ect) square drive, or head, or worm drive if you got something weird. hope that helps. keep this comment alive if you figure out better search terms

One-piece drive shaft. Two-piece drive shaft. Slip-in-tube drive shaft. are what google says are good wording combinations depending on what you are looking for. hope this helps!

In the beginning of your video your kid is flipping off the camera my daughter was watching it with me not cool
@Abz844 ай бұрын
Bro, that was unfortunate and did unknowingly. That kid doesn’t even know himself the meaning of flipping I guess and neither your daughter knows (if she is a kid) if she is raised well.

Thanks so much! I’m having the exact problem with my 03 Honda Pilot. Got a “new” front seat front the junkyard to replace my broken one but that piece was missing. Luckily my old seat had the part but I’ve been trying to figure out how to get it back in and there’s not a lot of info out there on this. So I really appreciate you filming this video!

Did this work as you expected? Any issues with increased load? You could not still pull a 240v load over 37 amps but could pull up to 67/amps on 120 v loads?

I am afraid not. This trick only works with coolers without a compressor.

I can’t thank you enough for this video. I’m not a car guy. I don’t know how to do these kinds of things. I was already in over my head trying to reupholster my front seat when I accidentally ripped that “bar” out. If I hadn’t seen this video I don’t know how I would have figured this out. Me and my 12 year old son followed your instructions and got it put back in. Thank you so much for taking the time to film and edit these instructions together.

Not related with this video, but the leather of my seat has broken where I sit. I bought a seat with the back broken, can I get the back of my seat and install it to that one?
@PrincetonProjects2 жыл бұрын
Yes. you may have to open the corner trim on both sides and remove few bolts under there. It would be better to take the seat out of the car.

Thanks for the video man! I will be doing this on my Wife's 2014 Laredo soon. I'm getting a code for Inaccurate 2nd gear ratio, as well as ratio clutch 5 defective; the car has almost 150,000 miles, and the fluid has never been changed. The shift from 1st to 2nd has become increasingly worse, and it actually led to both engine mounts failing, as well as the transmission mount failing all within a couple months of each other. Cheers from Princeton, TX!

Nice! I would try some giant washers with o-rings to hold the drum centered. Also make sure to level the machine. I am building one for a mini Keg that is rubber coated (bedliner) for noise suppression. Depending on what you put in it the paint can may inflate and buldge or even blow the lid off. Good luck.
