Oral iron works, but it works very very slowly, will take at least 6 weeks (depends on dosing). I came back from hardly functional to almost near normal energy levels and quality of life with 33mg per tab ferrous fumarate and 68mg per tab carbonyl iron. HFrEF - 36% EF; 62g/L hemoglobin. Took with vitamin C and beta carotene for better absorption + B complex and the important folate and B12 especially. Cause for me was blood loss - rectal bleeding which I also resolved.

1:10 min. No hair? Why must shave during emergency ???? Are we sending the wrong message when TIME is the essence. Who vetted this video before releasing?

Have to shave off the hair where the defibrillator pads will go onto. Because if the hair is too thick the defibrillator cannot do heart reading.

@@unwantedGiberish If this is the case, then all Europeans victims would need to have their chest shaved and I don't think this is the case during emergency. If it is really necessary the all AED should also come equipped with a shaver. Perhaps our AED pad do not have sufficient gel for contact (to save money or lousy version from supplier). So your reply though not very logical does seem to tell me that our AED do not have sufficient gel over the electric contact pad and needs medic to waste precious time to shave victims' hair if order for better cardiac detection. If this is the case, the we need to do a new audit to verify why we need to shave a patient's hairy chest (if any) for our AED to work properly.

Maybe the word "Bare Skin" was wrongly interpreted as "Shaved Skin" when it should be not covered with clothings.

Well the first aid course that I took told us to shave hair, and that the shaver will be included in the AED kit. Maybe, someone can speak for the hairy chested people and using AED

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has removed the daily upper limit of good saturated fats such as coconut oil for years now and deemed it to be healthy and to be encourage. LDL is not the issue but the triglyceride is, a better marker in a recent study is to take the ratio of triglycerides over HDL. This is why good saturated fat, which is lacking in the prevailing diet, is one which is essential to build a healthy CV system. The medical industry has known this golden truth for decades. Cardiologists like him should upgrade their knowledge and should not be giving out harmful advice.

My heart beat during BP Measurement can go as low as 46, if I exercise more than before (which is about 150 min/week in 4Q2022), will the Resting Heart Rate go further down (Feb average is 300 min/week)? And what should I do? (I cant wait till my next Appointment which is in July, hope to hear from SHF)
