There is no duty-free allowance for trips less than 24 hours, so taxes apply to everything you bring back into Canada, except groceries.

Thanks for watching! I’m glad you enjoyed the vlog. the most memorable part of our day was definitely exploring Covent Garden and indulging in some delicious food. As for travel tips, one that’s always worked out great for us, is to watch for promotions and book in advance.😄

The loud music doesn't allow to heard the ingredients to the recipe, too bad because it looks delicious and I really would like to make it. I even turned on the English captions, but it only says music when the chef was adding ingredients to the pot.

The reason why ur experiencing lows it’s because u keep eating carbs and sugar !!and it’s totally the worst thing for u .fill ur plate with vegs and Protein and Fat u will get better I promise u.that’s how I control my Diabetes with 4 week workout and lots of water.u will get better.

Olive oil to the bottom of pot on SAUTÉ mode 3-4 cloves of garlic 4 cups red onion Two spoons salt Cayenne pepper Ginger Coriander and cumin powder Curry powder Can of crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz?) Can of tomato paste 1 cup red wine 30 minutes on Manual mode Save 1/2 sauce Rice (4 cups?) Carrots Chickpeas 1 can? But reserve cooking water 2 cups of chickpea water 12 minutes manual (or rice button) What happened to the 1/2 amount of sauce?
