#GrandSirenisPuntaCana ruined out vacation! We will never go back! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Our rooms were run down and all of AC, fridge, and toilet did not work well. Until we discovered the issue, we were all sleeping on beds with mattress covers with body fuild stains from guests who stayed in room before us. The food is poorly prepared, often undercooked, and not maintained at proper temperature. One of our group came home with salmonella. Do yourself a favor, find a different resort for your vacation.

@@SteveJunior-d3j hey Steve, Thanks for your review. I’m so sorry for your bad experience with this resort. I went to #GrandSirenisPuntaCana on 2021 at it was excellent. The service, room, food, beach and management were perfect and I recommend all my friends to go there. Probably they changed their management 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you watch my video for Cuba part 2 you will see I said the good and bad points of resort.

Hey. I’m travelling Tomorrow to that resort and i’m a little worried about the food. Is there only a question of variety or the food simply does not taste weel? Thanks I’m fine with chicken and rice 😅

@@goncaloalmeida845 wow, lucky you🤩 If you fine with chicken and rice is good, no problem at all I just compared with other Caribbean resorts. Also, for us it’s wasn’t very tasty and delicious But overall is fine. If you go to lobby bar say hi to Robin the bar tender guy 😉

I have been to this resort twice. It did not disappoint. The two beaches are the best anywhere and the staff is superb.

If you are foodie person don’t go to Cuba. This resort is 5 star but still the food is main problem. Compare with Mexico and Dominican Republic, Cuba is very low level for food.

@@mashid_jbrnot true, have been 7 times to this resort, had a pizzas,chicken breast grilled, pork as well, fish, rabbits, roasted pig also,and don't forget a la cart restaurants, Italian,Cuban,Japanese....this resort deserves 5 star rating

@@ronjotner8068 totally agree with you, the resort is perfect and is one of the best resort in Cayo Santa Maria. I shared all restaurants in part two on my channel. But the problem is not resort, problem is Cuba for food. I'm not blaming resort and management.

Yes, Breakfast is good. 👍🏼 But lunch and dinner was repetitive and not delicious. Most of food was tuna, they mixing tuna with everything. I went to Mexico, Bahamas, Dominican Republic before cuba. They have only two or three types of fruit. If you are foodie person don’t go to Cuba
