In CRM, If any sales order is created along with a serial number in the Zoho Finance module does it will reflect in Work Order?

Quick question! So we have been using FSM now for all our sales order and was wondering since there is FSM extension in CRM, if we are to use that extension in creating estimates and sales order, will the KPI's be present in CRM or in FSM? Thanks! We're aiming to track our KPI's in CRM actually so hopefully you can clear things up for me.

The FSM extension for CRM lets you view data in CRM and create records. The KPIs for FSM records can be found in FSM only. You can create estimates and work orders from CRM, but track metrics using reports on FSM. Hi. Quick question. Is it possible that in Zoho CRM Blueprint once a lead is qualified, it will automatically generate a workorder in zoho fsm? Thanks for the help!

Yes, you can automate this. You can use APIs to generate the work order. Hope this helps!

@@youcantseeme4266 This is not part of the standard functionality of Zoho CRM and Zoho FSM Integration. However, we can achieve the requirement by adding a workflow. Please check out the sample implementation at this link: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/fsm/custom-integrations/zoho-crm/articles/create-a-work-order-in-fsm-from-a-crm-sales-order . It will create a work order as soon as a sales order is created in CRM. Similar to this, you can add workflows as per your needs. We are looking for a field service management software that unifies - inventory, finance, field technicians and back office team. Have been attempting to use Zoho FSM for good 6 months now. It has un-necessary extra layers to register work orders. It takes me (owner) atleast 6 minutes to register a complaint and assign it to someone - I wonder how will indian blue collar workforce ever adapt to this! One area where Zoho can leverage technology a lot but FSM is not the best starting point as of now. If you happen to know of tools which allows easier field service management with a relatively simpler interface and lesser clicks to get work done, I would appreciate your suggestions in the comments below.
