There is no magnet downforce. Non magnetic braid on the track.

Why do you put strapping tape on the bottom of that chassie?

Acts as a dampener. Eliminates some of the chassis/pod flex

Can stack 10lbs of magnets. Magnet won’t do anything on a non mag braided track.

We used to hold slot car clinics here. Needed some kind of work pad for all the racers to work on. These seemed like a good idea, and they worked great.

Folks are always asking me how I tune cars. Basically what I can give you is this. Tune the car for whatever track you’re racing on and to your driving abilities. Try different weight placements, gear ratios, tires, etc. and of course controller settings play an intricate part as well.

These all came stock with Anglewinders and 21k King Evo motors.

We do it a few different ways. GoPro recording edited and uploaded. GoPro as a webcam and use OBS. Or stream live with an iPhone or iPad.
