There's a Wells Beach in Wells, Maine.......southern tip of Maine...not sure if this is the same place tho, but on a search for Wells Beach, this is the only one that came up.....I've been there a few times but don't remember houses that close to the beach, but I may not have been in the area that these houses are located.
