I lived there on the RAF camp from 69 to 71 when the camp closed. These photos are the Changi I remember and loved. It had atmosphere. Lovely local people, dream posting.

5050 body kecil full plastic body and rotor. 9120 body besar and half metal and half plastic body. Fliegen exact sama dengan Bullseye 9120 cuma beza warna Dan handle.

I was there living at Loyd Lees village in 1952 as a small boy of seven with my mum dad and elder brother! Dad was in the RAF stationed at Chingi ! Oh happy days going to school on the RAF trucks past the infamous Changi jail! I played overthe land that the International Airport now covers! Thank you Singapore and wonderfull Chingi for my lovely childhood memorys!

Thanks for the memories!! I lived at Changi from 1967 through to 1969...the old buses, with the cockroaches running about inside; tea made with condensed milk from a street vendor, or buying fruit cordial to drink straight from a plastic bag - how did we ever survive it all 😄😄

Well jetbudgie , we are both still alive 😀 not sure how old you were at Changi , but I was aged 6 till 9 and flew back to England on a VC 10 On February 24th 1969 , I have had a good life since , but I still miss our Armour Rosemarie and my corgi dog called Brandy . I just wish there was a Time Machine to take me back and show my wife how it was 😀 Very , very happy times 👍

Watching that video to the music , brings a tear to my eye . I lived at 5 and 10 mile estates from 1966 / 69 from the age of 6 to 9 yrs old when My father was stationed at RAF Changi . I loved going to Changi village and looking around the shops with my parents and still remember the names of the shop vendors above the doors. The sights and smells of the stalls cocking food was wonderful 😀 Going to the night markets there was also good , despite having to wash the crushed cockroaches off my feet that had got between my foot and flip flops . I used to go to the bar / restaurant with my Dad when school finished for lunch and they sold Torpedoes ( Baguettes with different fillings ) Very , very happy days and memories , Paul

Hello , yes I did , I went to Changi infants which were like kampong huts and then Changi junior school which was a modern brick built building . Any questions , please ask , I remember it all .
