I totally agree when at 4:24 Riley says "repetition",. Repetition is what we see in most of all music and hymns today. Some singers including christian singers in the market today just sing over and over the same two or three phrases that they call "music" or "hymn" Good statement, Riley

She packed so much good info & background into brief but very "listen-able" responses to your questions. I can't believe how much I was able to learn about them, in the context of one interview. I've wanted to know more about this remarkable & talented woman & her incredibly talented (& sweet!) children, for some time now, having watched many hundreds of hours of Gaither Friends & "Homecoming" videos over the years. Recently saw the one in which Lily Isaacs & Bill Gaither introduce Lily's Mother, a survivor of the Nazi Holocaust, on-stage. This family has a long history of being led by God!!! THEY SURE ARE A BLESSING TO ME

I met this group about 10 years ago when they came to the Convention Center in Danville, IL. during a Gospel show. I bought their "tapes" back then since CD's weren't out yet as today. I will never forget their daughter. She came by shaking peoples hand dressed in white with her gown down to the floor as if she was floating like an Angel. I still listen to their music which is inspirational. I would also suggest to all that loves Gospel music to see the Patriot Quartet if they come to your area.

Billy Grable was the pianist in the church I grew up in and played for our wedding. What a wonderful man he was. Also his brother Faber sings like an angel.

I remember Angel very well.She and her brothers use 2 go 2 the Christain School i went to.I always loved her name,and even told her if i ever have a little girl,i would name her afrer her.Well Angel if your reading this i did have a little girl on July 13th 1989.and i named her Angel just like i said i would.But my Angel went home 2b with JESUS on Thanksgiving of 2001,she was 12 years old,but i know where she is,i know she is in the Arms of JESUS.And i know i will see her again.
