Walking the line between the physical experience, and the non physical self, and creating balance is definitely the key to walking the path that we set for ourselves. The whole point of being in physical reality is to see ourselves, as part of all that is, from a different perspective in order to expand our consciousness, and evolve.

What I don’t understand is I am not at all focused on the external giving me answers or division or needing a saviour. I have focused heavily on my inner self, insights, beliefs, and working to strengthen that and yet my external world and illnesses keeps spiralling despite all my efforts, meditations, thoughts, or listening to and following my deepest self. One minute I’m in a higher, knowing place and then I’m knocked back down again and am completely confused…

Wow I just made a video over on TT last week where I talked about the spiral of mastery and what happens when we move up and what happens when we move down. We are tapped into the same information. Great to see that confirmation.

Hello Amar This is a very interesting conversation. Absolutely resonate with what you’re saying about not being able to solve 3D problems at 3D level of consciousness. Your explanation of the shadows has given me an Ahhhhhaaaa moment. For so long I have been pulled or slipped into thinking that I can only solve 3D problems from that perspective and find myself feeling absolutely miserable because it’s not my frequency it’s not the vibration I relate to. I haven’t understood how to do it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The irony is that I am a visionary a highly creative thinker. I am a former academic in interior design and taught people the creative design process. Ok. I guess I’ve been doing it all wrong. The mode that I’ve been in has been of surrender and gratitude for what I have. But it seems as though I’m stuck in a rut. I guess I’m letting the Universe know that I’m satisfied because I’m in gratitude, so the Universe is leaving me in my “Surrendered/Satisfied” state. I’ve never been one to ask for more. This may take a little practice 🙏🏻

i had a strange thing happen a few days ago. was out walking the dog, feeling a bit down, but all of a sudden i felt as if a giant cookie cutter of energy was taken out of my chest. I felt like my whole chest was wide open to the back ribs, and i felt a very deep depression that lingered until bedtime. It got better after a meditation, and I opened to allowing my guides to do a healing while I slept. felt much much better in the morning. Still not sure what that was. though. I do believe that I am in a spiritual window period right now (not working much so a couple months off). trying to take advantage in being open to spirit.

Yesss I've been getting so many memories of the future and dejavus of things happening now and information coming in about the coming days and weeks and 2025. I feel like a part of myself was in this time waiting for me to catch up and now I'm integrating with that part of myselfand getting massive dowloads.

I’ve had a very spiritual life. But never done anything with it. I’m 60 now. Just recently I’m seeing ‘ 11 ‘ …EVERYWHERE! It’s crazy. I’m thinking something is underway?…
