The worst airport I've ever been to, both in Poland and abroad. Rude, impudent staff who think they are unknown. On Thursday, March 2, 2023, I flew with my 11-year-old autistic son from Balice to Dublin. Around 7:30 p.m. we were checking in at the conveyor belt where luggage and clothes are put in baskets ... A woman with shoulder-length dark red hair was serving, she rudely said to my son: "Take off your jacket", my son stood motionless, I said her that he has autism and needs a slightly different approach, to which she directly, verbally replied that she is ignoring it. The son began to get nervous, circling and repeating her words. it ignores She got my son to a point where he beat his head, went around in circles, repeated her words, finally cried. After 6 years of therapy, he has not been in such a state for many months. Balice, apparently you trained employees on how to deal with autists? You are completely unprepared to work with such people, how can you answer ": I ignore it"? I remind you that I pay and the service works for me, not the other way around.

John Paul II airport is an amazing airport, I am always soo happy when my Ryanair flight lands there. Sometimes I miss my train because I spent too much time just enjoying the airport. Kocham Cracow, kocham Polska!😍😍😍
