I booked a flat in Suraksha Smart City 6 months ago, and since then, I’ve received no updates from the company. The CRM team is completely unresponsive and doesn’t even bother to answer calls or provide any support. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend this project to anyone considering buying a property here.”
