It will not replace musicians. It will replace music. Music we have to hear every day on radio, in supermarkets, in tv-shows, spottify playlists. More and more people will get used to it like they did to the crap thats always to be heared now and non longer able and willing to appreciate "hand made" music.

I think that ai can never replace the spontanious emotions and expression of a real performance. I wonder what is your take on the future of music education, or education in general Thanks for sharring your thoughts on this!
@MusicDig7 күн бұрын
@@excerptbeginning8839 In this context - music education should focus more on the value of human musical exercise, and maybe a little less on how to avoid parallel fifths.
@beanstheclown10 күн бұрын
Why does it have to be a competition? Music can be many things and there is plenty of room for both the "artsy" music and the "reckless" music and all manner of other music as well.
@MusicDig6 күн бұрын
I completely agree. Ideally, high and low, art music and pop music coexist in harmony, without one taking over the other.

I think top 10 mentality will die after about a year of all AI music. And the industry might die, but if it does, It won't be a bad thing. Its all very shady. Human music to the future and beyond. Even if noone gets paid, there is a need for the bard! Love the video

Hi! 🙂 Thanks for your focusing on her nails while playing the guitar! 👏💅🎸😉 I really wonder why everybody tends to play the Country music only & only & only with the Steel String guitar! And it's a law (written/unwritten) & everybody observes it! The Classical guitar has always been under shadow of Steel String guitars! 😒
@MusicDig2 ай бұрын
Because the still string guitar is an American guitar. So it's a huge part of the musical culture in America. The nylon string is considered to be more European. Still, there are country guitar heroes that play nylon strings. Willie Nelson and Jerry Reed to name just two.

I think that "leftist" in that clip is just used as a more general "other". People who aren't "American" enough for them. Too woke or something.

Do you have a video tutorial on the style of country you’re playing? You said it’s one of the 5 typical styles. I’d love to learn! I can’t seem to find any other tutorials. Do you mind writing the name down so I can search again if you don’t have one?

Hey Nicole, The "5 prototypes" refer to the melody. This kind of old time country music contain songs with similar melodies... Do you mean you want to learn to play in the style that Dolly is playing?

Ah, yes you're pointing out that there are different blue notes. There is a major blues and minor blues, together they create a composite scale that includes all of the "blue notes". The major blues has the flat 3rd and the minor blues has the flat 5th. Including the bent aspect to the notes is also important to capture the blues sound so I like how you mentioned that. It truly has its own harmonic language that is distinct and often oversimplified. Nice video and title, totally made me click on it!
