bro my story is like that I spent 4 years in uk study visa i drop my study after 2 years i went to india italy and france during my study visa. after expiry my visa i did overstay only 5 months because of my arm got fractured. i traveled to canada bcz i have canada visit visa. i lived 4 momths in canada and come back india. Now can you please help me if i would claim asylum at heathrow airport to get british airways flight to get canada ticket from india. Is it would be fine or any chances to deport me?

There are chances man to be deported as you said you dropped your study also so the university informs the immigration department when any student drop their study and if they overstay to their country so there are chances man 90 percent i can say but if you are saying that you want to go to Canada if you have your visa active now you can go to Canada but if you want to go to UK i don't think so they'll give you permit and there are chances of getting detained because as per your records which i think you know very well as you earlier said 😐😐so decide wisely if you have documents and valid visa you can go for it otherwise waste of time and money

If you are hiring provate lawyer he will put off the things and he'll just ask for fee again and again and in most of cases they don't pick up the call also i have faced this and many of my other friends who were there also had the same problem they don't pick up the call and govt lawyer inside the detain center take too much time as they have time table to visit detain center so it's too long to wait literally.

Ask your lawyer the options that you have in most of cases every lawyer will just give you 1 option which is permanent for them that is To claim the asylum and actually it doesn't work like that and not easy to take asylum you need proofs, a strong mindset to create story etc

Because i was directly detained instead of any warning and after that when i contacted uni they said it's too late we can't do anything as while detaining i tried to reach uni through call to tell them everything but i was unlucky

Bhai work visa alag lagta hai or study visa alag lagta hai. Work visa bhi alag alag hota hai open work permit main aap kuch bhi kaam kr skte ho or ek hota hai ki koi company apko sponsor kare or letter deti hai or aapka work permit lagta hai fir to sirf barber ka koi special work visa nahi lagta open work permit lagva kr fir jaao or fir apna resume de do barber shop pr vo rkh lenge. NOTE: 2 saal tk ka experience hona chiye badia vaala or western countries main alag alag type k hair cuts chalte hai bhai like tapper, mid tapper , high tapper, low fade ,high fade , buzz cut blaaah blaah to aisi type ki cutting silhna na ki jo apne india main chalti hai vaisi koi fayda nahi km se km 2 saala tak ka experience ho accuracy and speed mayne rkhti hai 😊❤️
