I’m soon ending my training as a DBA. I hope to get a job from a company in the USA, but I’m based in Cameroon. If you have an idea how I can get my application to the right company in the USA or Canada please kindly answer this.

I'll recommend freelancing opportunities. The stats I provide in the training are from US-based employment numbers. There are immigration requirements that might make getting employment from Cameroon a hassle but freelance sites like Upwork and Freelancer might be good places to find opportunities. Create a comprehensive profile on those platforms and start bidding for contracts. Good luck!

@@NSTARTechnologies Thank you so much for replying. And thanks so much for the orientation. I'll be defending my Final project on SQL Server this Thursday. I'll follow your instructions and directives and hopefully I get a job. I truly appreciate. Thanks

I m doing Ms SQL server DBA. Course. Can you tell me is this career path is good, and will be last next 10/ 15 years. Now most people are telling me I did a mistake because Currently Devops in demand, and they will eat this in few years and also ai is coming. So there is no further and if of u learn cloud like auzer then might be u can survive for few time. How far is it true?

Hello Rajesh! database administration an excellent career path and wont be going away... AI functions based on how its trained, cloud is more platform... someone will still need to provide intuitive support. Design and architecture... all these things can't be replaced with automation. The DBA field is evolving and continuing to evolve but we live in a data driven and dependent world and there will always be need for database administrators.

Pls Ms Ihenacho, Do not ask the whites HOW to MAKE ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. We have ENOUGH of their status quo priviledges destroying the wants of others in our teams everywhere. It's a lie they tell you to want to control you. It's not right for you to go through training, and then want to fill their raging strange desires for your control. Do not ask them what to do either. YOU DECIDE and explain WHY they need to comply with your decisions. YOU are the master here. The scrum master, I mean. Not them.
@NSTARTechnologies4 жыл бұрын
The scrum master is not the master of the team :) The name scrum master was coined for the team member that is an expert in scrum principles and values. Our job is not to dictate but to listen, inspect and adapt ensuring that we act as a facilitator for the scrum team and also work towards ensuring the team and/or management continue to have the mindset of being agile.
