Since the beginning of the war Ukraine has retaken over 244,000 km^2 of their territory back, has effectively stalled the invasion around Donbas, pushed the Russians out of Kherson, and back towards the border in the Belgorod direction. Ukraine is conducting deep strikes into Russia and occupied Crimea. The invasion in the Orkihiv, Vuhledar, Stepove direction has been stalled. Russia has over 14,000 visually confirmed loses of vehicles and equipment, and over a quarter million casualties (injuries and deaths). Ukraine is even fighting Russians and Russian proxy groups in places like Syria and Sudan. The Russian economy is collapsing, Russia is collecting more and more sanctions. Having to go to places like North Korea for munitions and weapons is not something that a country that is winning should have to do.
